This dream began with a dedicated and humble pastor, KVictor Howard in the year 1996 when God planted in his heart the desire to follow and respond to the call and ministry God placed in his heart. Without delay Universal Christian Evangelistic ministry was established in Liberia in the year 1996. The founder Rev. Kvictor Howard and many other brothers and sisters who are not present here today began the street to street evangelism and prayer meeting. This continued on until the end of 1996 when the country was hit again with the continued crisis that was taking place in the country. The vision was put on hold and every member scattered in fear for their lives.

The Bible declares in the book of Habakkuk 2:3 "though the vision tarry it shall surely come to pass". With desire still in the heart of the leader and founder, God opened the door after many years for our pastor to travel to the United States. In the year 2010 after many prayer meetings, God empowered his humble servant who was able to talk to many brothers and sisters who are here present today to establish the long-awaited vision in this part of the United States. There have been trials and temptations along the way but God has always given the strength and the courage we need to prevail in the face of these situations.
